Much like James Comey, his former boss, Andrew McCabe took notes of his meetings with Donald Trump, and special counsel Robert Mueller now has the notes.  From The Washington Post:

• “Mueller has been investigating, among other things, whether Trump obstructed justice in his interactions with top law enforcement officials, including McCabe and his former boss, FBI Director James B. Comey. Comey also kept memos documenting his interactions with Trump, which Mueller already was reviewing.
• The memos could help bolster McCabe’s credibility, insulating him from allegations that he misstated or misremembered his interactions with Trump.

PSA: FBI Agents write down everything. Especially if it's w a person who is acting very hinky, the interactions are ethically suspect, and there is a good chance the party will deny what happened later. Oh, and contemporaneous written recordings carry a lot of evidentiary weight.

McCabe was fired just days before he would be eligible for his pension.  Late today, a Wisconsin Democratic Congressman offered to employ McCabe so he could qualify for his pension.

NEW — Rep. Mark Pocan (WI-02) has extended an offer of employment to Andrew McCabe, "so that he can reach the needed length of service after President Trump fired him just days before he was set to retire."

Also, former FBI director James Comey took a shot at Donald Trump after the President called him “sanctimonious” in a tweet.  Comey’s much-anticipated book is being released one month from today.
