While most Republicans in power have made it clear they stand with Donald Trump, conspiracy theories and all, one former Trump attorney doesn’t think the party has gone clear enough to support their de facto leader.

Ellis is especially taking aim at Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. She has tweeted #RonnaMustGo multiple times over the last couple of days, “All of them, including [RNC chair] Ronna McDaniel, should resign now. Until they do, as of today, I am resigning from the party. I am changing my voter registration and I am no longer a Republican until the party decides that it wants to be conservative again.”

Some of Ellis’ rage seems to be a result of some passages from Michael Wolff’s new book Landslide.

In a November email, RNC chief counsel Justin Riemer said Ellis and fellow Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani were pushing nonsensical conspiracy theories about election procedures in President Joe Biden’s victory, according to a new book by author Michael Wolff.

“What Rudy and Jenna are doing is a joke and they are getting laughed out of court,” Riemer said in an email. “They are misleading millions of people who have wishful thinking that the president is going to somehow win this thing.”

Ellis is getting lots of support, which begs the question if these people are leaving the Republican party, where are they going exactly? Also, where will their donations be going?

There are a lot of people who are watching all this unfold with delight.
