A split verdict for Harvey Weinstein. The former movie mogul has been found guilty on two charges, but he was cleared of the three most serious charges. NBC writes:

The jury in New York convicted Weinstein, 67, of third-degree rape against former aspiring actress Jessica Mann, as well as a count of criminal sexual act in the first-degree against former production assistant Mimi Haley. But the jury found him not guilty on the two most serious counts, predatory sexual assault, as well as a count of first-degree rape against Mann.

This came after jurors declared that they were deadlocked on Friday. The judge asked them to try again. They resumed deliberations Monday morning and this verdict was announced just a few hours later announced.

After the verdict was read Weinstein was handcuffed and taken into custody. Sentencing is set for March 11.
