Hurricane Florence is packing quite a punch on the Carolinas today. While it dropped down to a category 1 the wind has still done plenty of damage and the storm surge and rain are causing massive floods. Here is the latest:
-Some areas are already reporting up to 25 inches of rain.
-Wind gusts of at least 105 mph have been reported along the NC coast
-About a half a million homes and businesses are without power
-Hundreds of flights have been canceled
