Joe Biden is stepping up to try to learn more about how coronavirus will impact his campaign and perhaps, in turn, the public may learn more about the outbreak. The former vice president will also publicly address the pandemic tomorrow at 1pm from Wilmington, Delaware.

Biden has canceled upcoming events in Chicago, Miami and Tampa. The Washington Post’s Matt Viser says, “The campaign is planning to do ‘virtual events’ on Friday and Monday instead, with details still to come on the timing and format.”

Biden will still participate in a debate with Bernie Sanders Sunday but they will be doing it without an audience.
