CNN: State lawmaker arrested for protesting Georgia’s elections law won’t be charged, lawyer says
Georgia state Rep. Park Cannon, who was arrested last month while protesting the state’s controversial election law, will not be charged, her lawyer confirmed to CNN on Wednesday.
After this news broke, Cannon tweeted, “Doors of injustice are everywhere and we cannot stop knocking. #KeepKnocking”
