Nunes Receives Medal Of Freedom In Private

With no reporters or television cameras present, Donald Trump presented Rep. Devin Nunes the Presidential Medal of Freedom in the White House on Monday. To have cameras present would have meant Trump opening himself up for questions about his election fraud lies.

The citation for Nunes reads more like a Trump rant of past grievances than a celebration of Nunes’ “accomplishments.”

According to the pool report, Devin Nunes, the congressman who sued a parody Twitter account called Devin Nunes' cow, has been awarded the Medal of Freedom by Trump.

The Medal of Freedom will have about as much clout as the ‘Miss Universe’ title when Trump is done. There should be a way to put an *asterisk next to his recipients. @realDonaldTrump
