Talk about a bizarre campaign move. Texas Senator Ted Cruz tweeted a video of his opponent Beto O’Rourke talking to a predominantly African-American church about the controversial killing of a black man in his apartment. That’s it. We are assuming it’s supposed to be an attack ad, bu talk about a misfire. Here’s the tweet:
