The researcher from Cambridge University who collected data on millions of Facebook users has finally come forward.  Dr. Aleksandr Kogan said Mark Zuckerberg is wrong to  accuse him or “deceiving Facebook” and “violating Facebook policy” saying, “I mean the idea that this was a hack is flat out wrong.” He goes on to pass the blame back to Facebook itself:
