New York governor Andrew Cuomo rang the bell to officially welcome back traders to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.  The trading floor has been closed since late March.

The floor will be different with fewer traders to comply with social distancing rules.

The Dow jumped more than 600 points in early trading on Tuesday.
