Jeanette Manfra is in charge of cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security.  She told NBC News “the Russians successfully penetrated the voter registration rolls of several U.S. states prior to the 2016 presidential election.”  Wow.  That’s huge!  We knew the Russians targeted 21 states but now we learn they were actually successful “in a small number of them.”  What could Russian hackers do?  Potentially they could erase voter registration rolls.  So, if it was a small number in 2016, what’s to prevent it from being a big number in 2018?  Memo to Donald Trump.  Talk to your folks at DHS!  They confirm what you deny.  See the video above.
