Tropical Storm Dorian is heading for Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. NPR writes that while Puerto Rico is under a Hurricane Watch, this storm isn’t expected to have a massive impact:

Dorian isn’t likely to strengthen into the sort of fearsome cyclones that recently ravaged Puerto Rico and other islands, but it still poses a threat to vulnerable areas, due to heavy rains and high winds. It’s expected to drop 2-4 inches of rain in Puerto Rico, St. Croix and the Dominican Republic, with 6 inches of rain possible in isolated spots.

The southern and eastern portions of Florida are also in the cone, but a lot can change in the coming days as it gets closer to the United States.
