Crowds in Phoenix are waiting for hours to pass by the casket of John McCain, whose body is lying in state in the rotunda of Arizona’s state capitol. A short memorial service was held for family and close friends before the viewing was opened to the public. Today would have been the late Senator’s 82nd birthday.
