Today marks the 76th anniversary of the liberation. January 27, 1945 the Russian Army arrives at Auschwitz, the Nazi detention camp where the German’s murdered more than a million Jews.

Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day, and today’s commemoration was held virtually because of the pandemic.
