Maine Senator Susan Collins didn’t just say she is voting yes on Brett Kavanaugh, she showed she was all in. Collins sounded like a cheerleader for the Supreme Court nominee, and one of his biggest fans. As she spoke on the Senate floor for more than 40 minutes she ran down a list of Kavanaugh’s accomplishments.

She also seemed to question whether Kavanaugh attacked Christine Blasey Ford saying:

“I listened carefully to Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony before the judiciary committee. I found her testimony to be sincere, painful and compelling. I believe that she is a survivor of a sexual assault and that this trauma has upended her life. Nevertheless, the four witnesses she named could not corroborate any of the events of that evening gathering where she says the assault occurred.”

With her yes vote, barring a last-minute change Kavanaugh could be confirmed as early as tomorrow.
