Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, an outspoken Donald Trump critic, told MSNBC’s Brian Williams there are three keys to beating Donald Trump in 2020:
- Democrats have to impeach Donald Trump, “the house has to do its job so there’s a historical record.”
- Ballot initiatives, adding things like legalizing marijuana can double the youth vote. Adding initiatives such as raising the minimum wage, free college, etc. will bring out the base that might not otherwise vote.
- Run a “candidate that is beloved by American people…. There’s one person that would crush Trump and she hasn’t announced yet… Michelle Obama.” “If asked to serve I believe she would serve.”
