Former Secretary of State Colin Powell is speaking out against Donald Trump today. Appearing on State of the Union, the Republican told Jake Tapper, “the President has drifted away” from the Constitution.

The former Secretary of State under George W. Bush added that Trump “lies about things,” and he pledged to vote for Joe Biden.

Powell, a retired four-star general, is the latest respected member of the military to rebuke Trump. Predictably, Trump attacked Powell on Twitter shortly after the interview aired on CNN.
