Someone needs to tell the chairwoman of the GOP the real meaning of D-Day. She apparently thinks it’s a day to “celebrate our president,” or as the Huffington Post quipped, “apparently, the ‘D’ in D-Day stands for “Donald Trump.”

Here’s what Ronna McDaniel said on Fox Business.

And here’s some of the reaction:

CNN Legal Analyst Renato Mariotti said, “I thought this is the time where we should be celebrating those who sacrificed and gave their life on the beaches of Normandy on D-Day, not a man who avoided military service.”
