In their never-ending attempts to change the subject away from the Russian investigation, Donald Trump’s loyalists are going to new and more bizarre lengths. Take Jerry Falwell Jr., known to be one of Donald Trump’s biggest supporters. He’s called for the Attorney General of the United States to be imprisoned.  Go figure. Seems Jeff Sessions continues to roam the street despite “damning evidence,” whatever that may be. This past weekend, the President of Liberty University wrote a series of tweets asking for several public figures to be locked up, including the Attorney General.

A year ago NPR wrote:

“A group of alumni from one of the country’s most influential evangelical Christian universities is condemning their school’s president for his continued alignment with President Trump.

A small but growing number of Liberty University graduates are preparing to return diplomas to their school.”

We can only imagine how some students are going to react to this latest series of statements by their University’s President. Some also wonder how Jerry Falwell Sr. would feel about this unwavering support for a man who goes against so many Christian beliefs.
