AP: VP Harris’ Plane Forced To Return Due To `Technical Issue’

Kamala Harris’ first trip abroad as Vice President was abruptly interrupted shortly after takeoff Sunday due to an unspecified problem. After Air Force Two returned to Andrews Air Base, she departed the plane, gave a thumbs up and said this:

“I’m good, I’m good. We all said a little prayer, but we’re good.”

The VP was expected to take off at some point Sunday on another plane, bound for Guatemala and Mexico.
