The states of Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina and West Virginia have filed a lawsuit against the federal government or really the Trump administration to end DACA. President Trump has been pressuring Congress to do away with the program for a long time but has been met with court injunctions.
