Apparently, there is a way to talk to North Korea that doesn’t involve childish name calling. South Korean and North Korean officials met for the first time in two years and the meeting ended with what is being called a “breakthrough announcement.” North Korea will send a delegation to the Olympics next month and the two countries may display a united front at the winter games.
Also reportedly on the table is how to ease tensions surrounding North Korea’s nuclear threat. The talks continue today.
