Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey said, “We believe this is the first criminal case in the country brought against those involved in nursing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
And while this criminal indictment cannot bring back the loved ones lost, I hope that this announcement today gives them some solace that we are doing everything possible to seek justice.
