Many think this was long overdue and should have been done even before his latest controversial comments.
Yes Rick Santorum being axed by cnn is beneficial to our nation but news outlets must set a higher standard. They should not allow anyone on air who misleads or lies to viewers especially those they pay. That should be the table stakes.
