This is really embarrassing. GOP leaders are in shock, but maybe they shouldn’t be as Donald Trump reverses course on a Republican-supported surveillance bill scheduled for a vote today after Fox News aired a segment opposing it. Two hours later, Trump reversed course again, supporting the bill.
