The Washington Post is reporting that the White House staff prepared a nice, thoughtful statement on the passing of John McCain, but Donald Trump apparently didn’t think the longtime Senator and political icon deserved it. He instead opted to tweet out 21 impersonal words. Way to hold a grudge.
