Welcome

After the raid on Michael Cohen’s office and hotel earlier this week all the talk was about Stormy Daniels and payouts and secret recordings.   And now a court filing in New York has shown that Donald Trump’s attorney is under criminal investigation, but details remain a secret.

It also looks like the government doesn’t believe attorney/client privilege existed between Trump and Cohen in the Stormy Daniels case. This may be directly tied to Trump’s $130,000 denial on board Air Force One last week.

The documents also show the government is questioning whether Cohen has been operating as a lawyer in many of his business dealings.
