Stormy Daniels’ Attorney Says She Was Physically Threatened

Welcome

LAS VEGAS, NV - FEBRUARY 04: Adult film actress/director Stormy Daniels hosts a Super Bowl party at Sapphire Las Vegas Gentlemen's Club on February 4, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Stormy Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenatti, was asked on MSNBC’S “Morning Joe” if his client was physically threatened to keep quiet about her alleged relationship with Donald Trump.  He answered yes. Daniels attorney has alleged before that the adult film star was legally threatened to stay quiet about her alleged affair, but this is the first we are hearing about physical threats. News and Guts spoke with an attorney who said threats like this could be considered intimidation which could be a felony.

Avenatti didn’t say who made the threats but a law professor who knows him says he wouldn’t make the claims if he didn’t have proof.

MSNBC commentator Donny Deutsch said:

“Is it fair to say, legal aside, if Stormy Daniels comes out and says she was physically, let’s say that again, physically threatened harm by either the president himself or somebody close, that, and it seems to be credible, that, in and of itself would bring down this presidency.”

Avenatti says Stormy will reveal much more about all these claims on 60 Minutes. The interview is set to air March 25th.
