Sources tell CNN that Donald Trump will depart the White House before Joe Biden is sworn in on January 20. The plan is for Trump to leave the White House in the morning on Marine One and travel to Joint Base Andrews. Under consideration at Andrews is a color guard, a military band, a 21-gun salute.

Trump is said to be leaving before Biden officially becomes president at noon to avoid having to ask to use an Air Force plane to take him and his entourage to Florida.

Trump has already announced he’ll skip Biden’s inauguration.
