Over the weekend, Donald Trump tweeted to “Build WALL through M!” (the M is for Military):
Because of the $700 & $716 Billion Dollars gotten to rebuild our Military, many jobs are created and our Military is again rich. Building a great Border Wall, with drugs (poison) and enemy combatants pouring into our Country, is all about National Defense. Build WALL through M!

Apparently not one to accept defeat, Donald Trump is now “poking around,” according to CNN, in the massive defense budget seeing if he can squeeze some money out for his underfunded border wall. The budget Trump signed last week allocates a fraction of what’s needed to build the wall.
According to the Washington Post, so far the Pentagon brass has said “no.”

Of the $25 billion needed, Trump got just over a billion.
