On Wednesday afternoon, Emma Gonzalez was sitting on the floor of her high school auditorium when she heard gunshots.  Since that horrific day, she and several of her classmates at Douglas High in Parkland, Florida have become outspoken supporters of gun control.  She spoke at an anti-gun rally in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida today where she called out Donald Trump and the NRA.

“If the President wants to come up to me, and tell me to my face that it was a terrible tragedy and how it should never have happened and maintain telling us how nothing is going to be done about it, I’m going to happily ask him how much money he received from the National Rifle Association,” Gonzalez said.  “It doesn’t matter because I already know,” she added. “$30 million dollars!”
