Another example of horrible passenger behavior on an airplane has been reported, and a lot of people are questioning how the carrier, Frontier Airlines, responded to the incident.

Here’s what happened: A 22 year-old named Max Berry had to be restrained after he allegedly groped two flight attendants and punched another in the face during a Frontier flight from Philadelphia to Miami last Saturday. The police report indicates Berry had been drinking. Video taken during the flight shows Berry being belligerent and profane toward the flight crew, cursing at them and strangely bragging about his parents’ net worth.

The clip below shows the entire entire encounter:

Berry reportedly spilled a drink on himself during the flight, so he took off the shirt and went without until he was asked to grab a shirt from his carry-on bag. He then allegedly groped the breasts of two female flight attendants and then attacked the male attendant who was keeping an eye on him. After that, the crew restrained Berry by duct-taping him to his seat. Berry was arrested and booked once the plane landed.

It’s no secret that unruly passengers are a major problem for airlines right now. We’ve written before that the problem is worse than it’s ever been, according to statistics. That’s why many on social media are voicing their displeasure with Frontier for suspending the flight attendants, pending an investigation into the matter.

Frontier Airlines’ VP of Marketing, Tyri Squyres, was asked about this Tuesday by Miami’s Local 10 ABC affiliate. Here’s what she said:

“After an incident like this, we’re going to do a…thorough investigation and really review what happened, how it happened and how it was handled, just to make sure we’re…everything is done properly and followed procedures.”

It should be a quick investigation given the video of passenger’s behavior, and the airline may want to be more clear about why it grounded the crew.
