President Trump slashed the number of refugees allowed to enter the U.S. each year in half and he’s trying to reduce the number even more. This comes at a time when there are more displaced people in the world than ever before. Hundreds of thousands of these refugees are orphans. Only a handful will be given a shot at coming to the United States where courageous Americans have trained for months to become their foster parents.
