Surgeon General: With Omicron, There Will Be A ‘Stark Difference’ Between Vaccinated and Unvaccinated

President Biden will address the nation on Tuesday to discuss the next wave of the pandemic, as the Omicron variant has already begun to spike case numbers across the country.  Dr. Vivek Murthy, the U.S. Surgeon General previewed the president’s remarks on CBS This Morning warning that there will be a stark difference in experiences with the virus between those who are vaccinated and boosted and those who are not.  Look at this latest data from the Centers for Disease Control:

Murthy said those who have been boosted and have maximum protection from vaccines and boosters either won’t get an infection, or if they do, it will most likely be mild.  Please watch the interview above.
