This is a snapshot in time. Just one second caught on camera, but it brought back memories of when politics was occasionally more civil and not always filled with anger and hate. Joe Biden and Mike Pence bumped into each other at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum ceremony in New York City to remember and honor those killed in the terror attacks 19 years ago today. The greeting was initiated by Biden.

Earlier in the day, Biden pointed out this was a day to remember victims of 9/11. He suspended campaign ads today and said he wouldn’t be talking politics.
Pence was later snapped in a photo where he found himself next to former Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg and Biden.
