Former President Donald Trump is planning a speaking tour with disgraced Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly.

VIP tickets costs as much as $8,500 a person (photo included). But the price tag for the so-called “History Tour” isn’t what’s raising eyebrows in the QAnon community. According to the sprawling conspiracy theory, Trump is supposed to be reinstated to the presidency in August. But his speaking tour is scheduled for December.

The QAnon community wants to know: what gives?

Newsweek prowled pro-Trump Telegram groups to get a sense of the cognitive dissonance.

“So basically the August thing is a bunch of bull because a reinstated President doesn’t go on tour,” Telegram user Angela Baldwin commented after seeing the dates.

“OK I GUESS MY QUESTION IS TRUMP COMING BACK? WHY WOULD HE BE DOING A TOUR THRU THE END OF THE YEAR WITH O’REILLY. HMMMMMMMMM SOMETHING DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT?,” wrote Telegram user Peace Lilly.

“It’s only a few dates close together…it could be done if it works out like it should…could cancel….but yup..kinda a gut punch statement,” another Telegram user wrote. “But we are in an information war, so who the hell knows.”

In a statement earlier this month, Trump said the events with Reilly would be “fun, fun, fun for everyone who attends.”

O’Reilly said in a statement that “[m]y job as a historian/journalist is to get important things on the record in a fact-based way. These conversations with the 45th President will not be boring.”

O’Reilly was forced out of Fox News in 2017 after the company paid $32 million to settle sexual harassment claims against him.

Just four dates have been scheduled, but O’Reilly says he wants to do twenty. Tickets start at $100.

Via a statement dated June 21st, Trump touted tickets as a great Father’s Day gift. Father’s Day was the day before.
