Two days after The New York Times shared information on Donald Trump’s taxes, the Democratic ticket has decided to do it on their own. Joe and Jill Biden, Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff have released what they paid in 2019. The New York Times bombshell investigation uncovered years of financial records that the current president has tried to keep hidden—records that reveal Trump has paid little to no tax over the last 15 years. In releasing his latest return, Biden wrote, “The American people deserve transparency from their leaders, it’s why as of today, I’ve released 22 years of my tax returns.”
