ABC’s George Stephanopoulos spoke to former Donald Trump attorney Michael Cohen. It wasn’t on camera, but Cohen did reveal some rather interesting tidbits as he hinted that he is ready to cooperate with investigators.
One thing the President may take note of this AM is the shift in Cohen’s loyalty. It seems he is no longer willing to do anything for Trump.

Michael Cohen September 2017: "I’m the guy who protects the president and the family. I’m the guy who would take a bullet for the president."
Michael Cohen July 2018: "To be crystal clear, my wife, my daughter and my son, and this country have my first loyalty."

This was not Michael Cohen “hinting” or being subtle about whether he still has Trump’s back. This was Cohen signaling in everything he’s saying — and NOT saying — that he’s done being the guy who’d take a bullet for Trump.

Cohen also parted ways with Trump when it comes to how he characterized the Mueller investigation and the FBI agents who raided his office and hotel room.

And why did he switch attorneys? It seems this was another way to cut ties with Trump as well.
