While you were enjoying your Thanksgiving meal, thousands of U.S. troops dined in the South Texas mud awaiting the caravan that never came.

The contingent of Central Americans steered clear of Texas weeks ago and traveled to Tijuana where the mayor has declared a humanitarian crisis.
