No one can know quite what will happen at the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden on Tuesday night.

But one thing appears certain: the ratings will be impressive.

A new poll released Monday by Monmouth University found that nearly 3 out of 4 registered voters plan to watch.

However, the Washington Post points out one caveat: “Many of them might be tuning in for entertainment more than help in deciding how to vote….”

Here’s the breakdown:

While 74% say they plan to watch, only 3% think they’re likely to hear something that will affect their vote.

Another 10% allow that it’s “somewhat likely,” the Monmouth Polling Institute says.

Which leaves a whopping 87% saying it’s not likely at all — they’ve already made up their minds.

The first presidential debate of 2020 will be held at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland on Tuesday evening. It will air live on all major TV outlets from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time (8 p.m. Central, 7 p.m. Mountain, 6 p.m. Pacific).
