Donald Trump says he hires “only the best people,” but so many of those people have ended up being at odds with the president after they leave (or are pushed out of the White House). It’s happened with Rex Tillerson, it happened with John Kelly and now it’s happened with Anthony Scarmucci. The short-lived White House communications director is firing back on Trump, a man he has defended for years saying:

Eventually he turns on everyone and soon it will be you and then the entire country.
