Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook and author of the bestseller, Lean In, wrote a compelling Facebook post over the weekend.  In it, she argues that sexual harassment is all about power and offers advice to companies wondering how to combat it.  She writes “it is my hope that this moment will lead to a stronger, more equitable workplace culture that treats women with more respect and affords them more opportunities.”  She also has a great answer to anyone who says “this is why you shouldn’t hire women.”   Her thoughtful essay is worth a read.
