“The Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

“Mueller did not find that Trump campaign or its associates ‘conspired or coordinated’ with Russia.”

Attorney General William Barr also writes he’s keeping the complete report confidential.

From Dan Rather: “Trump and his family have been cleared of crime, at least for now. Mueller report and Barr’s official follow-up, in effect, leaves Trump “Scott Free”—-The President is now free to claim vindication and victory. His opponents and detractors are left to “read it and weep.”
A big Trump win, by any reasonable analysis.  He can be expected to make the most of it. He is now duly entitled to do so.”

But this is a long way from over. The decision not to charge Donald Trump with obstruction of justice was made by his hand-picked Attorney General, not Robert Mueller. Barr will soon be called before Congress to testify.

Democratic leaders in Congress released a statement saying they need to see the full report. Senator Charles Schumer and Speaker Nancy Pelosi write:

“Given Mr. Barr’s public record of bias against the Special Counsel’s inquiry, he is not a neutral observer and is not in a position to make objective determinations about the report.”
