Just when you think Donald Trump’s attorneys have finally convinced him to stop tweeting, or just when you think he couldn’t possibly do more to incriminate himself, well, there he goes again. Just back from the G20 summit, Trump had some catching up to do on last week’s Michael Cohen plea:
“Michael Cohen asks judge for no Prison Time.” You mean he can do all of the TERRIBLE, unrelated to Trump, things having to do with fraud, big loans, Taxis, etc., and not serve a long prison term? He makes up stories to get a GREAT & ALREADY reduced deal for himself, and get………his wife and father-in-law (who has the money?) off Scott Free. He lied for this outcome and should, in my opinion, serve a full and complete sentence.
So, President Trump wants Michael Cohen punished for some crimes Trump asked him to commit? Meanwhile, Trump adviser Roger Stone is being lauded by Trump for refusing to cooperate.
“I will never testify against Trump.” This statement was recently made by Roger Stone, essentially stating that he will not be forced by a rogue and out of control prosecutor to make up lies and stories about “President Trump.” Nice to know that some people still have “guts!”
The tweets have prompted a lot of engagement. George Conway, husband of Kellyanne, reacted by simply citing the code for obstruction of justice.
George is right. This is genuinely looking like witness tampering. DOJ (at least with a nonfake AG) prosecutes cases like these all the time. The fact it's done out in the open is no defense. Trump is genuinely melting down, and no good lawyer can represent him under these circs https://t.co/zqFUoQvWTf

Merriam-Webster had their own way of trolling by pointing out Trump didn’t spell Scot-free correctly.
?'Scot-free': completely free from obligation, harm, or penalty
'Scott Free': some guy, probablyhttps://t.co/nQFL7I0ELH

Here are some of the other notable replies:
Witness tampering. Again. If only the most competent federal criminal investigator of our age were reading and cataloging—or having someone else do it—every tweet by this man. I imagine what would happen, if that occurred, is that all these tweets would later show up in a report. https://t.co/j1FTD9Etr0

Remember when Michael Cohen told the world he'd take a bullet for Trump?
Roger Stone… Bwhaha..

For all those asking Scott Free is the brother of Trumps' accountant: Tax Free

Trump is openly threatening Cohen with max jail time for cooperating with Mueller while applauding Stone for his "guts." Has anyone ever been tried for obstruction of justice and witness tampering by tweet?

Not to be outdone, someone in the Twittersphere managed to take a tweet from Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani today and link to a page that says “Trump is a traitor.”
Hilarious. Rudy mistakenly created a link in his tweet below. Looks like someone created a fitting page for the link, one that reads “Donald J. TRump is a traitor to our country.” https://t.co/REso9WWzCO
