Interviewing Ivanka Trump is considered a big get. But what did it take for ABC’s Good Morning America to score the interview? This morning Ivanka Trump appeared on the program but she was not questioned by an ABC reporter or one of the program’s hosts. Instead, the interview was conducted by The View’s Abby Huntsman, an admitted Republican and previous employee of Fox News. Huntsman’s father, Jon, is the U.S. Ambassador to Russia.
Were any questions off limits? Were there pre-conditions for the interview? ABC didn’t say.
