Roseanne Barr’s ex-husband Tom Arnold offers some insight into Roseanne’s twitter meltdown this week as her TV husband also breaks his silence on the issue (watch above). Arnold said:

“I was not surprised about what went down and that the show was canceled I had a feeling this would happen when I first heard it was coming back…. When I read her social media in the very beginning and saw how she was so into the conspiracy stuff with Donald Trump and saw how far gone she was… and the pizza gate and Hillary is a pedophile and Obama wasn’t born here, she was a birther and how crazy that was. I just knew that this would not end well.”

John Goodman, who played Roseanne’s husband on the ABC show,  isn’t saying much publicly about Barr’s comments or the show’s cancellation. Entertainment Tonight reports :

“The actor was reluctant to address the drama, explaining that he would ‘rather say nothing than to cause more trouble.’

However, the 65-year-old actor — who played Roseanne Barr‘s on-screen husband, Dan Conner, on the ABC sitcom — assured fans that he’s doing OK amid the controversy, sharing, “Everything’s fine.”

Goodman, who played husband and father Dan Conner on Roseanne, told Entertainment Tonight he would “rather say nothing than to cause more trouble” regarding the matter.”

Barr meanwhile is still tweeting up a storm, including this one about Goodman and Laurie Metcalf, who plays her sister on the show.

Most of her tweets, however, are still political, and many paint her as a victim.

She even retweeted this tweet that tied a misspelled Valerie Jarrett to Muslim Brotherhood.
