It’s really something to see, Donald Trump supporters often skewer fellow Republicans when they dare to go against the former president on any given issue. They call them Never Trumpers, traitors, and more. But some of those same people have parted ways with Trump when it comes to vaccines. The former president witnessed this firsthand over the weekend in Alabama when he was booed for suggesting his supporters get vaccinated.

The Washington Post writes:

It was a sight to behold: Trump being booed at a rally by his own supporters. A look at the archives suggests that’s largely unprecedented, save for when Trump praised Tom Brady at a 2016 rally in Maryland.

Alex Jones took things a step further. Jones has supported Trump in the 2016 and 2020 elections, he’s also helped spread lies about voter fraud, but after hearing Trump’s push for vaccines, he remarked: “We like you. But, my God, maybe you’re not that bright. Maybe Trump’s actually a dumbass.”

CNN’s Chris Cillizza calls this turn on Trump, “Absolutely incredible.”
This is Frankenstein’s monster come to life in the year 2021. Trump has created a following that even he can’t control anymore.
